SHIPPING POLICY

At Pow Wow by Sugar Cane Cannabis, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We offer shipping within Canada and the United States for our apparel products.

Shipping Time:

Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Canada: 3-7 business days
United States: 5-10 business days

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 (CAD) within Canada and the United States.

Shipping Method:

We use Canada Post and USPS for our shipping services. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship outside of Canada and the United States at this time. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Pow Wow by Sugar Cane Cannabis, we are committed to providing high-quality cannabis and apperal products to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns and exchange policy.

Returns:

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@sugarcanecannabis.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days. We will issue your refund to the original method of payment.

Exchange:

We accept exchanges on unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@sugarcanecannabis.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange in your email.

Once we receive your exchange request, we will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.

Once we receive the exchanged product, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you within 5 business days.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@sugarcanecannabis.com.
